When you agree to be contacted, we also keep a record of the wording you agreed to and when, so we can show that consent.

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived (such as a search, an ad, or a link), and approximate location based on your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure site traffic and the results of our advertising. Our forms use Vercel BotID, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.

• with service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and bot protection (Vercel), lead records (Airtable), email delivery (Resend), customer management and messaging (runClear), and website analytics and advertising (Google). • with the building manufacturer or dealer handling a building you ask about, so they can help with your order;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public;
• as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Customer reviews shown on our site come from Google Maps and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
• Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. We may keep records we need for legal or business reasons, such as proof of an opt-out.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google's ad settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to help you and run our business, and as required by law. Analytics data is kept according to our Google settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
